We know this is a hard time for families – too many things to do in a short period of time and under emotional distress.<BR>
<BR>
Our event planners can help you with menu choices and quantities, either over the phone or during a brief meeting. For larger catered receptions, you may need to plan for staff for the set up and clean up, leaving the family free to greet attendees.<BR>
<BR>
The following menus range from very simple to more substantial. Of course, we are always happy to adjust the menus to make everything just right for you and your family. If you would like us to create a custom menu for you, we would be happy to do so.<BR>
These two menus are suitable for a hearty lunch or simple supper. For small numbers of guests, you may pick up the food or have it delivered and set up. For larger numbers of guests, it is more practical to have our serving staff set up, serve and do the clean up for you. Should you need a place to host this Celebration of Life Reception, please inquire about our availability in one of our chandeliered ballrooms in Virginia Beach or Chesapeake.
