Helena Powell, Certified Wedding Consultant, Coordinator and Chapel Director Helena joined the Grand Affairs family in May 1999. She is a member of The Association of Bridal Consultants and active Owner of Creative Weddings by Helena in Chesapeake, VA. Helena specializes in the planning, coordination and the choreography of weddings, receptions, and rehearsal ceremonies from beginning to end, for Grand Affairs and her business. Rest assured your wedding is in good hands with Helena!
